Concession donation Earth-tober

Choir Families,

It is time for our first show.  Please take the time to check out our snack and concession items needed.

We know prices just keep going up and up, and the price of a box of candy is getting steep.  We will gladly shop if you want to make a small cash donation.  A few $15 donations will buy a 25-30 count box of candy.

We will need volunteers as well so make sure you check out the volunteer sign-up.

It is time for our first concert of the year! We are very excited for the fun 1 hour show.

Please take a moment and check out our donation request list.

We need items for the students to snack on during the techs and shows as well as concession items.

All items can be dropped off at the front of the school clearly labeled for Choir!

Please note even soda has expiration dates, try to purchase items with 2 months or more until expiration.

Perishable items should not be dropped off until the week of tech.

Check the volunteer sign up as well.  It takes sooooo many volunteers to make each show run smoothly.
